What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), who you are enquiring as, and your message.
- Calls, emails and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to tell us when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
Please do not include sensitive information, such as detailed health or medical information, in the enquiry form. We will ask for anything we need in a conversation.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss our services with you, and to arrange a visit if you wish. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.
Our lawful basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not share your details with other organisations, except service providers who help us run our communications and website: our email provider (Google), our web host (Namecheap) and WhatsApp (Meta) if you message us there. We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. Links to Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to us providing a service are deleted after 12 months. If you become a service user, we will explain separately how we handle and store your records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
